Everyday Eats: Halloween 2014 Edition

Happy Halloween, everyone!

If you haven’t yet seen the new recipe I posted today, I highly suggest you go check it out – it’s delicious!  Happy Almond Bombs!

Went to the gym and busted my ass this morning, so I was pretty hungry all day.  I’m feeling quite good right now after one last fat bomb for dessert, so hopefully this satiated feeling will follow me through til tomorrow.  I just found out this evening that we are going out tomorrow to celebrate my cousin’s birthday at Buffalo Wild Wings.  Previously we had planned to go to another restaurant that has absolutely no keto options, so this is a good change.  I plan to eat the hell out of some garlic parmesan wings.

I hope everyone has done well at resisting Halloween candy!

Not pictured is the corn dog I snuck for lunch as a Halloween treat from Sonic.  They were on sale for .50c so Meemaw insisted on going and stocking up.  She ordered 6, lol.  After looking up the nutritional information and deciding it would fit my macros for the day, I indulged in one.  It was good!  I need to try to replicate corn dogs, keto-style… I bet I could make some with almond flour!

Still, today was a pretty good day since I ate under my calorie goal, under my carb limit, and I met my protein goal.  Macros of 60/32/8 are solid.

I hope everyone else did as well, for a holiday based around the consumption of candy!
