Everyday Eats: Monday, February 2nd, 2015

Welcome back for another week of tasty food.  I have committed to the /r/xxketo 90 Day Challenge, which means absolutely no cheating for 90 days.  It’s time to seriously clean up my act!  The challenge will end at the beginning of my birthday month (May) and I hope to be 20lbs down by then.  Let’s do it!!

CB’s classes got moved from M/W to T/Th, so we’ve changed out our gym days.  I lifted tonight.  For some reason I wasn’t very hungry afterwards, so my calories are kind of low today.  That’s okay, they can balance out yesterday where I went slightly over my daily limit :)  I’m guessing I will be ravenous tomorrow, as I typically am the day after lifting!

Workout

Keep in mind I deloaded since my maxes in December, since I took almost a month off for CB’s appendectomy and the hols.  I am still slowly building back up to my 1RM so these numbers may look sort of low.

Lunch

Met my protein goal and stayed below my carb and calorie limits (although I might have gone a bit too low calorically… ah well, just wasn’t hungry).  I made some extra salmon patties tonight, so I’ll be taking those to work tomorrow for lunch along with another yogurt and some green beans.  Not sure what we’ll have for dinner tomorrow, since CB has school.  Meemaw will most likely ask me to bring something home for her.  Maybe I’ll go for Chipotle again?  That sure sounds good…
