I have been absolutely ravenous these past two days. I want to eat ALL THE THINGS. I’m not sure if it’s hormones (likely), or that I ate at a pretty severe deficit most of last week/earlier this week, or that I’ve kicked up the workouts by adding yoga back into the picture 3x a week. Whatever the cause, I went ahead and allowed myself to eat a few extra calories yesterday and today. I’m hoping I feel more satiated tomorrow!

Curls – too exhausted and skipped
Today I tried the assisted pullup machine for the first time. I had to put it at its highest weight and add a couple of 5 pounders, but I was able to use it! I am going to note its use by designating the weight on the machine and my reps. As I gain strength and lose weight, the assisted weight should lower until it hits 0.

Like I said… definitely ate way over my calorie goal today. I hope it doesn’t set me back too far. Did manage to stay below my carb limit and meet my protein goal though, so that’s good. I’m hoping that as this week passes, my craving for peanut buttery chocolate icecream will go away… I haven’t eaten that icecream in months, then all of a sudden yesterday I was like BAM I NEED IT NOW. That needs to stop, lol.
Tomorrow night I’ll be cooking up some big ass ribeyes. I can’t wait!
