Everyday Eats

Everyday Eats: Wednesday, November 19th, 2014

So, the one thing I said I was going to do yesterday – go to yoga – didn’t happen.  Doh!  I logged onto the app to sign up for tonight’s class and saw that my instructor was out and there was a sub.  Rather than start back tonight, and miss Friday’s class because I’ll be out of town, I’ll start back on Sunday.  Sigh.  I’m really ready to get back on the mat!

Didn’t do much (or eat much, really) today.  CB and I caught up on some episodes of Flash and Arrow, and I got to spend some time with my mom and aunt.

Roast beef with gravy, buttery broccoli, and fresh green beans.


Again, notice that I had a protein shake for breakfast that was not pictured.  Those things are pretty tasty!

Hit my protein goal and stayed under my carb limit, so that’s good.  I also ate below my cal limit of 1450.  Today when I hopped on the scale, I was back at the weight I was before the wedding.  Time for the scale to reach a new low! :D
