I ate fairly lightly today in preparation for feasting tomorrow!
I’m planning on having turkey, green beans, some sweet potatoes, and sausage stuffing. I also made a keto-friendly pumpkin cheesecake. I hope it turns out okay – the batter tasted delicious. It’s setting in the fridge right now in preparation for tomorrow!
75 minutes of hardcore hot yoga.
When my abs burn tomorrow, they’ll be a good reminder to not stuff my face.
I fell a few grams short of hitting my protein goal, but I was close enough. I’d originally budgeted for a protein shake after yoga, but found I wasn’t really hungry. That’s why I’m short on calories – oh well, I know I’ll go over tomorrow.
Please excuse my food log today, it’s a hot mess. I ate the yogurt and raspberries with lunch, although I planned to have them earlier in the day. When I first woke up, I had a cup of hot Irish Breakfast tea. That’s why there’s a few tablespoons of heavy cream logged :) Tea is not very photogenic so I hope you excuse not having that picture.
My final macros were 57/35/8, not too shabby. Tomorrow will be a complete rest day since both my yoga studio and gym are closed, and I’ll be back at it on Friday with a double dose of yoga and lifting!
